Welcome to Serendip Gems International Pvt Ltd. Please read the following Conditions of Sale carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We take every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, photographs, and details. However, due to the natural characteristics of gemstones, slight variations in color, weight, and appearance may occur.

2. PRICING

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed only upon full payment. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and selected online payment methods. Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

4. DELIVERY

We offer local and international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Serendipgems.lk is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

5. CERTIFICATION

All gemstones are certified by Serendip Gemmological Certification and Valuation Services. Certificates are provided with each gemstone purchase.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, exchanges may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the certificate and receipt.

7. DAMAGES & CLAIMS

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details. We will assess and advise on the next steps.

8. LIABILITY

Serendipgems.lk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us.

9. GOVERNING LAW

All transactions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
